ORDERS & RETURNS:

When will my order ship out?

All orders will be shipped within 1 week of purchase (if no custom pieces were ordered). Orders are typically picked up by our courier from 6am - 1pm EST on weekdays. Once your package has been shipped you will receive tracking information in your purchase. If you did not receive this information after one week, please feel free to contact us.

Note that due to the holiday season turn around time is slower if custom order is place! 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, all items are eligible for international shipping. However lyuuniverse.com is not responsible in the case customs fees are charged by your home country, as it is out of our control. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final on designer and vintage goods. In order to be satisfied with your order please refer to the listing's details or inquire for more information prior to purchasing. All important information is available in the description of each product.

Only fully priced custom made to order shirts & hoodies purchased on lyuuniverse.com are eligible to be returned (only if the error is due to LYUU & not a buyer error). Returns must in original packaging to be eligible for store credit. Returns are only accepted if shipped within 3 days of arrival. The shipping is to be paid by customer, must be returned w/ tracking to the Canadian location of LYUU. 

DESIGNER GOODS:

Are your items authentic?

All designer pieces sold are 100% authentic. Each designer item is carefully authenticated, curated, cleaned & restored to their best condition.

Do you offer payment instalments? 

Send a message to lyuuniverse@gmail.com to inquire about any payment instalments, these are only available on higher priced designer goods (over $300). Items are only shipped post full payment for the bag. Read more here.

Do you offer restoration services?

Send a message to lyuuniverse@gmail.com to inquire about any restoration services, including images of the damage to item, we will respond with a quote & time-frame for the repair within 2-4 business days. 

Do you offer authentication services?

We charge $20 for authentication of certain designer items already in your possession. Send a message to lyuuniverse@gmail.com with images of the item. Note: If we are unable to determine the item's authentication we issue refunds.

RENTALS

Do you offer rentals?

Rentals on Lyuuniverse are available to stylists for fashion campaigns and TV / film productions. Rental is not available for personal use. All Designer items are available to rent. Certain vintage or handmade goods are available to rent; custom items are for sale only. Read more here.

CUSTOMS:

What happens when I order a custom?

Please allow for 3-8 business days for your custom order to be created. After creation your item will be packaged, shipped and tracking will be available. 

Can I order specific customs?

WHERE TO BUY:

Can I purchase LYUU items elsewhere? 

As of currently the only platforms in which LYUU items are sold are: Depop, eBay, Grailed, Poshmark and this website. For the best deals lyuuniverse.com is the place to shop!
